Our team is fully committed to providing amazing customer service, your love for our products is top priority. Each bundle has been hand inspected by one of our hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at help@remykiss.com or launch a live chat located in the bottom right corner of our website.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to further verify your identity before your payment is authorize payment.

Returns

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our natural hair products and laws prohibiting the resale of items that have been returned we can no longer accept returns.

Please contact us immediately if you have an issue after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. The fasted way to reach us is on our online chat.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested ONLY before an order has shipped. Keep in mind that our stock changes rapidly so your item may not be in stock. In the event that we cannot honor an exchange.

We will offer you a store credit to use when your desired item is in stock. You will at that point immediately be notified with updated shipping information.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business day processing time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is ready you will receive email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders).

You have 1  hour after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after this time will not be granted.

Shipping

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays/ lost or damaged packages. Please allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for recovering your package. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
